Rachael Felsenfeld<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La Dra. Rachael Felsenfeld se incorpor\u00f3 al Centro Cognitivo y de Investigaci\u00f3n de Nueva Jersey en enero de 2016. La Dra. Felsenfeld es evaluadora de ensayos cl\u00ednicos, realiza evaluaciones neuropsicol\u00f3gicas y brinda servicios de psicoterapia. La Dra. Felsenfeld complet\u00f3 sus pasant\u00edas predoctorales y posdoctorales en psicopatolog\u00eda grave. Luego complet\u00f3 una beca posdoctoral en neuropsicolog\u00eda, especializ\u00e1ndose en el trabajo con trastornos neurol\u00f3gicos. Anteriormente, la Dra. Felsenfeld realiz\u00f3 evaluaciones de discapacidad y trabaj\u00f3 como terapeuta en la pr\u00e1ctica privada.<\/p>\n<p>El CRCNJ contrat\u00f3 a una especialista en extensi\u00f3n comunitaria, Daniela Schwab. La funci\u00f3n principal de Daniela es ayudar al CRCNJ a construir y mantener relaciones con miembros y organizaciones de la comunidad. Su objetivo es difundir informaci\u00f3n sobre el CRCNJ al p\u00fablico y ayudar a programar charlas, ex\u00e1menes gratuitos de memoria, almuerzos de aprendizaje y otros eventos que generen conciencia sobre el CRCNJ y cuestiones relacionadas con el diagn\u00f3stico y el tratamiento de los trastornos cognitivos.<\/p>\n<p>El CRCNJ tiene dos coordinadores de investigaci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica a tiempo completo que realizan evaluaciones para determinar la elegibilidad de los ensayos cl\u00ednicos y respaldan y facilitan<br \/>\ny coordinar las actividades diarias de los ensayos cl\u00ednicos. Kavita Doshi ha sido coordinadora de ensayos cl\u00ednicos durante ocho a\u00f1os con un enfoque principal en la enfermedad de Alzheimer. Su formaci\u00f3n consta de dos maestr\u00edas, una en psicolog\u00eda general y otra en psicolog\u00eda escolar. Chelsea Nigro, MA lleg\u00f3 al Centro Cognitivo y de Investigaci\u00f3n de Nueva Jersey desde la Universidad de Nueva York, donde recibi\u00f3 su maestr\u00eda en Psicolog\u00eda. Mientras estaba en NYU, trabaj\u00f3 en su laboratorio de Cognici\u00f3n y Percepci\u00f3n. Papka, fundadora y directora del CRCNJ, imparte continuamente conferencias para educar tanto al p\u00fablico como a los profesionales. Algunos de sus temas m\u00e1s populares son: \u201cP\u00e9rdida de memoria y envejecimiento\u201d, \u201cEnfermedad de Alzheimer: lo que debe saber\u201d, \u201cEnvejecimiento cerebral saludable\u201d y \u201cEnsayos cl\u00ednicos en la enfermedad de Alzheimer\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El CRCNJ ofrece terapias grupales para cuidadores y familiares de personas que padecen p\u00e9rdida de memoria, demencia y enfermedad de Alzheimer.
