For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to ERG include https:// ErgClinical.com/. The ERG website is a a full-service digital communications agency site. By using the ERG website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Children Under Thirteen

DATA RETENTION
ERG retains personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, and to resolve disputes or enforce agreements. Once the applicable retention period expires, data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

Backup Systems

Secure Disposal
Upon expiration of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted using industry-standard methods or anonymized such that it can no longer be associated with any identifiable individual.
DATA DELETION REQUESTS
Individuals have the right to request the deletion of their personal data held by ERG, commonly referred to as the “right to erasure.” ERG respects this right and will process deletion requests in accordance with the procedures described below.
How to Submit a Deletion Request
To request deletion of personal data, individuals must submit a written request by email to the ERG Privacy Officer at info@ergclinical.com. The subject line of the email must read: “Data Deletion Request.”
Required Information
To enable ERG to locate and process the relevant data, the request must include:
- The requestor’s full name;
- The email address associated with the ERG account or membership;
- A description of the specific data or categories of data the requestor wishes to have deleted.
Processing Timeline
- ERG will acknowledge receipt of the deletion request within 5 business days of receiving it;
- ERG will fulfill the request, or provide a written explanation of any applicable exceptions, within 30 calendar days of acknowledgment.
Exceptions to the Right of Erasure
ERG may be unable to fulfill a deletion request in whole or in part in the following circumstances:
- Where retention is required by law, regulation, or court order;
- Where the data is necessary for legitimate business purposes, such as financial records subject to statutory retention requirements;
- Where deletion would impair ERG’s ability to complete a pending transaction, service, or legal obligation;
- Where the data is necessary for the exercise or defense of legal claims.
ERG will notify the requestor in writing of the outcome of the deletion request, including identification of any data that could not be deleted and the specific legal or operational reason for retaining it.

From time to time, ERG may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication.
Changes to this Statement
ERG reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our site, and/or by updating any privacy information on this page.
